This project consisted of the construction of 257 high-end condominium units with a community building, fitness center, pool and spa. The buildings are four-story wood framed construction over a concrete podium which was used for covering parking. The site in downtown San Jose comprised an entire city block requiring considerable offsite flatwork, underground utilities and traffic control redesign.
