This LEED Silver mixed-use project contained 336 apartment units and shell for both retail and restaurant. The apartments consisted of live/work units on the first floor along with four stories of type V wood structures supported by post-tension slab on grade or podium. The units surrounded two five-story parking structures which had a post-tension foundation supported by rammed aggregate piers.
