This was the construction of a new 43,600 sf auto dealership with showroom, service facility and an 8,400 sf mezzanine on a 5.68 acre site. The building exterior was a combination of aluminum storefront curtain wall with sunshades and aluminum composite panels. The roof was framed with structural steel and metal decking.
